  Please note that black history month is meant for African Americans in USA. They talked about their history from slavery to present time. In African countries our history is discussed everyday of the year we do not need one month in a year to be devoted to our history. Do we have white history month in Europe?

  Black History doesn't talk about only slavery of Black people in USA. It is reflection on Black achievements throughout the world, Africa included hence the spotlight on Nelson Mandela during the celebration of Black History. ...

  Black History doesn't talk about only slavery of Black people in USA. It is reflection on Black achievements throughout the world, Africa included hence the spotlight on Nelson Mandela during the celebration of Black History. Though February is set apart for its emphasis we celebrate Black History everyday in our homes and communities

  Yes, thanks to Mr Mandela we have the great human achievements of things such as necklacing and murder of white farmers in the enlightened SA.
