Professor John Owusu Gyapong knows better when it comes to funding ones tertiary education. The students will look for loans themselves.
He knows it is the liberal arts departments that are always funded although they are "useless".
Just as he studied mostly in the developed countries, he should expect that those after him will do the same.
So far, we haven’t seen anything good from KNUST yet, as Apostle Sarfo is even better than the whole KNUST.
We will put our money where our mouth is.
I wish him the best at his position but too bad the liberal arts departments control the universities. That’s why you will be forced to do those useless history, Latin, music, and literature etc. classes when you don’t even need them.
