Well, you should consider the command of the inverted commas around the phrase - BROKEN HEART and deduce what they stand for, before throwing about an unnecessary argument as long as English language or grammar is concerned. Also, committing an act of hanging oneself is purely a SHAMEFUL AND ILLEGAL ACT across the board and the reportage is accurate on that as well and could not have print it any better than that. On the other hand at 18 most teenagers may not be able to think about the aforementioned instances and will hardly see the selfishness in their act.

If some of our regular ghanaweb commentators in a retentive memory remember my comment about the demise of the young girl, I suggested that the mystery sorrounding her death could have many causes and I was quite suspicious of " BROKEN HEART " being the reason if she really committed suicide. I suggested to the police to work on that theory and it seems my suggestion is right but I am at least happy that the police did not rule out my theory. Instinctively, I had that feeling of how jilted lovers behave. Especially being a teenage girl who is in love at such tender age. Who knows, it could be this is her first relationship and went in deeply with her whole heart. Broken heart is not a disease but potentially dangerous than cancer. I once experienced it when I was without employment and lost my beautiful ebony girl to a mega rich guy. I felt my world was over. No matter how hard I tried to forget about her, she was always on my mind. Love intoxication is totally different from being intoxicated by 97% russian vodka but suicide is never the right solution. It takes time to get over it but it is never easy if really you are in love .
