The poor gir DID NOT fail any of her semester papers. According to her room-mates, she became despondent about being cheated upon by her boy friend on campus. She went to confront him, returned to her room, drank some liquid suspected to be alcohol and hanged herself. Question is : Why did she do it? Did the boy impregnate her and then refused to accept responsibility? Her daddy is an experienced lawyer and should insist on a thorough autopsy. to be conducted on her corpse. The truth will eventually come out.

Where did she get the rope from, how did she get to the fan. Did she climb on a chair or a table, check the distance between the object she climbed on and the fan in relation to her height. It is difficult to believe she killed herself because of a boy.apart from the fact that she had age on her side,she was pretty and had supportive parents. I don't believe in the suicide theory.

Yaw nothing , not even a father raping her daughter will make her commit suicide. There could be something more dominant, for example, the fact of HIV contamination. The test might have broken all her Dreams , the trust ...

The test might have broken all her Dreams , the trust and respect from her parents. With no way out, she might have committed this suicide to avoid disgrace. But all these hypotheses are vain without investigations by the police. It looks there are so many suicide in Ghana of late ! The governement must tackle this seriously !

Most of them get admitted through connection / backdoor.

In any case, what detectives should do is collect many samples of her note books and compare her handwrting with the note she supposedly left.

Possible! Person could still hang dangling and be saved last minute.... In this case the act of "hanging" has been done but the death had not occurred yet.
I had to rescue a suicidal person hanging from the roof of her room ...

I had to rescue a suicidal person hanging from the roof of her room by her leather belt.
I immediately held her lower body and pushed her upwards to reduce the tension on the neck; then raised an alarm for help.
We were able to rescue her from death..
So yes, one can actually "hang herself to death"...
