  What is a failed nation?
  When about 60% of our children are schooling under unhygienic conditions, our clinics and hospitals have no medications, when we have no railway network,when we have unemployed graduates without any hope of jobs.....when we have NDC president and his ministers looting national coffers , when an ignorant Ambassador like Pee Yalley to India, a foolish man like that will talk before thinking.
