Alll these solidarity payments are the very things that sow the seeds of corruption

As a worker in GHS, we have been one big family. Our leader, the DG going on retirement afford us the opportunity to see him off descently. As a proud family member, this should not be any problem. We take care of ourselves.

This is a precedent that was setup by the previous DG,Dr.Sorry. These poor health facilities are struggling to render services to the already poor people. Yes, 500 or 1000 GHS might not be any amount to mention, but consider the over all amount involved if it were to be used for enhancing infrastructure. We corrupt system and take advantage of it, milking the state thousands of Ghana cedis. The poor staff of these facilities are suffering and need support. How often does the system reward them for their hard work and sacrifices?

I dont expect any GHS staff to defend this bad behaviour. ALL directors of GHS are very corrupt. They use GHS money to take care of THEIR families, girlfriends and families of their girlfriends. My director even use our scare ...
