  It would be good to have Sir John at party headquarters to oversee everything the party is doing both for the party and for Ghana. If Nana gives him any other appointment, he will be limited to one department only.

  A man who promised to 'bring Nana Addo on wheels if we have to' cannot be restricted in his vision.

  Call spade a spade. It is a reality that the Ashanti NPP is not satisfied with Nana's appointments because this had been shown already when Dr Tuffour came out to cool down the Ashantis who felt the NPP is for them and that Nana had smartly hijacked it to the Akyem circles.
  
  It is unfortunate that the Ashantis forget to realise that they also did the same when Kufour was in power. They put Ashantis in many places than other tribes that also contributed to the victory that time.
  
  What Ashantis ignorantly forget is that in Ghana politics there is no single tribe that can go solo and win elections, because if there is any tribe that think they are majority then they should realise that their majority could never give them 20 percent of the national vote.
  
  This is why in Ghana politics it is good to respect other tribes when it comes to democratic process of electing a leader. In my view, this reality in our tribal statistics ought to bring to our understanding that we surely need each other tribe with respect bcos failure to do that, though a tribe may see its self bigger that others yet can never win elections in Ghana with ''we go solo'' mentality.
