Kufuor did not fix the power problem before he left office in 2009. It is on record that I bought chargeable lamps during NPP time from 2001 to 2009.

Most villagers in Ghana only needs RADIOS, a Light Emitting Diodes lights ( LED) ,Phone Chargers and in some cases Television sets.
All these products are electronics and consume less power certainly less than (
