Putting the blame at the door of the wrong person is why wrong doing seem to persist in the country. What has the contractor to do with this. In every contract there are supposed to be consultants who have the know-how the technical ability to certify that the design and the construction will be able to solve a certain challenge or provide a certain level of service. If the contractor failed to work to specification and the consultant certify the payment then the consultant has not done the fiduciary duties required of him and he should be held liable and not the contractor.

Just like those with evil powers scheme and fight against the fortunes of people especially in their family, Kwame Baffoe said the sceptics mostly members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are even worst. The only solution to get these sceptics see the feasibility of the free SHS policy is by sending them to the Gambaga witches camp.

Ask yourself, who engaged and paid the contractor with the nations money? Placing the sole blame on the contractor doesn't cut it. The true offender if Mahama & the past NDC government. Again, need I say more?

He is on defensive spree, he wants people and the international community to see him as an opposition figure so that when it comes to the point that he is hauled to the jail, people will instead perceive his situation as a witch hunt by the government. Let Yamin come clean about the roles he played in these scandals in Kumasi, The airport rehabilitation over pricing, the Rotery play ground projects over pricing, The New Tafo Market saga, The Asawase market inflated costs, The Kajetia Market inflated costs and the preemptive allocations of the shops and the fallout with the Manhyia palace and many more criminal deals he engaged in as the NADMO boss. Even the World Cup money transfer saga. Was he not the backbone of Ghana's failed Brazil World Cup campaign. What about the numerous dubious contracts that were awarded towards the World Cup,even brought banku caterers, the brass band and who swindled the NDC foolsoldiers made them stranded in Brazil? Yamin and Kwadwo Bonsu and his other partners in crime are all prospective Jail Birds.

The basic reason for Mahama to 'touch' anything is to make money out of it instead of facilitating a genuine work. So anything he'd touched always turned to cost Ghana more money in the end.
