    Does the council of state have to work in secret? If the council disagreed with prez Mahama on freeing Montie 3, you should say so. Transparency is better than secrecy. In Africa, everything is a secret.

    I 've always held the belief that no sound minded council of state member will advocate for the montie 3 to be freed!! That decision came from the accursed 20 million dollar headquarters of the ndc in Adabraka.
