  Well if you bail someone and they abscond, there is no ambiguity in the dictates and interpretation of the law!

  How could you let such an obvious flight risk go away like that? Of COURSE he would try to abscond rather than repay the money - which he has spent anyway. Ghana courts are too lenient in fraud cases.
