  Special prosecutor is not a judge and so why should you be afraid. The power of prosecution is vested in the executive arm of government and so if His Excellency President Nana Addo has decided to cede this function to an independent person to make the delivery of justice more effective, why should NDC members cry foul. Is it because the NDC planted some individuals at the AG's office to protect them or what. I am only a holder of HND yet I am better than university graduates in NDC.

  What does sheer act of hooliganism got to do with the Transition Act? We do not need to tweak the Transition Act in anyway in order to curb that criminal behavior by Party operatives.

  We already have Laws on the Book to deal with such behaviors. We are simply not implementing those Laws. Our Law Enforcement Agencies have had to look the other way for such atrocities to continue because they fear some high-handed reprimand from the Political tokes of their seniors who decide not to do anything to incur the wrath of the new Administration.
  
  It is simply with the wrong psychological approach to doing their work that the Law Enforcement Agencies cannot stop this political gangsterism sweeping the Nation. Period!
  
  The Transitional Act does not have to include any specific details as to how fools in any Party should act to ensure peaceful transfer of Power, and not go around to confiscate stuff and take over Government workplaces.

THEY KNOW THAT THEY WILL SUFFER FOR THEIR CONVICTIONS, EITHER WAY, SO THEY DARE NOT ACT , IT IS A SHAME ON THE POLLITICIAN , YET THEY TRY TO BEHAVE AS IF THE POLICE ARE TO BLAME FOR THEIR INACTION AFTER THE CHANGE OF GOVTS.
