Could you also, as a matter of urgency, request that a thorough autopsy be conducted on her body to ascertain the underlying cause of death? Something does not add up, though we as parents are all devastated by her untimely death.

We need to try and put emotions aside and consider the possibility that she could have been killed somewhere else and the whole suicide thing may have been stage-managed by the killer(s). The "suicide note" is the bases of my suspicion. The handwriting and grammar do not quite convince me it was written by a University student. I sincerely hope I am wrong but her father will know better obviously.
