  This the reason Ghana is not a preferred place to do business by many investors. An administrative penalty/fine is all Ghana needs for such a situation but not arrest and prosecution.

  They can't go against the rules in Europe because they have severe laws which don't tolerate at all. Ghana is a very funny country, he's been bailed for only $1,250.00. Ghana y3 Low.

I prefer the security of my nation to foreign investment . What I know is investment tycoons priorities safety...paa!!! would you put in one cedi ...open to gunpowder explosion ? Such jurisprudence normally go through diplomacy ...the home country of the investors are obliged to change the local overseer for one who will not only respect his host country ...after all ..the company applied to do business ...it is not only stipulated..but common sense and mutual respect ....I doubt this simple man's integrity and respect for his employees...obroni yi saa na ote...woabodam...wheras for almost 40 years I am trying to establish a simple business to employ people back at home

Your mention of police in Switzerland moving from hotel to hotel to collect data is an outright lie. In the first place, the white man does not conduct business like your ilk. There is a better and efficient way of doing that, if the need is there.

Is it not time for us to rally behind our people and law enforcement agencies. Just think about what is going on in the world! You have to be first!!

Finally went to the dreaded Ghana Parliament for deliberation and approval. Then signed by President Mahama into a law. JUST A WASTE!
