Is it alright to take lives of people we do not agree with, but not right to punish those who have caused a life to be lost. The world must sit up and protect all persons and not only those who fall foul of the law.

I believe the rights of the one who has been killed has also been violated, when you kill without considering the rights of the one you have killed then you have to suffer same.
