  Mr Doyi, so you believe that if someone is proven to have deliberately taken the life of someone's mother, father, brother etc that murderer should be allowed to continue enjoying his life. I strongly believe that anyone who kills deliberately threw away his right to live because your liberty should end at where my nose begins. An armed robber goes to somebody's home to rob, rape and kill then you talk about human rights? Even those who are well advanced in democracy and development and even taught us the statutes will kill when necessary. Please My Doyi come again!!!

  There are some crimes like murder which if one commits, the one loses his human rights. I think people who rob people at gun point and rape women in front of their husbands or armed robbers who attack travelers and rob them at violently rob them at gun point, shooting and maiming them need to be castrated first and killed by firing squad. That will put the fear of "God" in criminals.

  At the very least eliminating one self-confessed convicted murderer means that particular person will no longer be around to pose danger to other people.
  
  What right do murderers have to violate the human rights of innocent people and they can't be appropriately punished for that?

  I believe the rights of the one who has been killed has also been violated, when you kill without considering the rights of the one you have killed then you have to suffer same.

It has made it possible for you to wear the suit that is on your back because crimininals have spared you because of fear of punishment if they attack you and even kill you. The Bible and the Koran even supports the death sentence. If you have ever suffered an attack and killing of a close relation you will come to your senses.

Doyi should do us a favour to research to find out the reasons Civil Society withdrew such a laudable idea,to stop disturbing our ears.Again, homelessness, especially in the advanced nations,is what has not boundaries and could happen to anyone, the moment one looses his or
  her Job,and Not confinement(prison).
  Yes,conditions in the Prisons in our part of the world should be improved.
  but what Doyi doesn't know is that, people are normally non voilent or Criminal in our Society therefore, few ever got arrested to go before a Judge to got jailed. So where's that "it could be you,it could be me" coming from. One could avoid Prison,depending on how one Conduct himself or herself,
  in my personal opinion.

Surely, no one will want to witness a perverse order of protecting criminals at the expense of present and future victims.
