Shoddy and goofy construction,all heavy duty trucks going to New York through Cross Bronx goes through the uper level on George Washington bridge, same thing as Goetha Bridge and Verezano Bridge
stupid, why should they banned? don't you think the engineers calculated the allowable weight of loaded trucks, before the construction.
