  How do you want commercial trucks to get around the city if they are banned from the main roads.The designers of the Flyover should have taken into consideration that it was going to be used by THOUSANDS of commercial vehicles everyday.When you read about the German highways they were built wide and solid enough to be used for emergency military and civilian aircrafts landing.Now that is thinking ahead of the curve and planning!Now we have this idiotic Roland Walker advocating the ban of commercial vehicles at circle instead of coming up with real solutions.

  You dumb , shutting the engine off will stop everything working expecially if there's any air leak and steering and braking system will be working because they're all depends on the air system. Stupid dump

  Hahahaaa! In Ghana Professionals always come out with advice after accidents have caused havock to lives and properties. The emergency Towing equipment will vanish within a week only to surface after the next accident.

  This guy clearly does not know what he is talking about. The issue here is the road worthiness of the truck. Are the breaks working? Why will the mate have to get down to put a (chock) to help the truck break? It is time DVLA got down to basics to ensure road safety. Also clearer rules must be defined as to the weigh requirements for vehicles that can go over flyovers.

  It is clear that these roads are not properly constructed. Went to Ghana last July and had the opportunity to use the Kasoa interchange. The ramps are too curvy and constrained and tight without any shoulder for tractor trailers to maneuver. With overloading rampant in Ghana, I told my brother that these roads will become death traps. It is no shock to me that the Circle interchange has witnessed a casualty. I hope no lives were lost.
