As a westerner, the west had the same laws and attitude against homosexual people over 50 years ago. However, we begin to see people as human beings, and science proved that homosexuals or same sex attraction was not a choice but was instilled in the genes at birth and the person could not control their attraction to the same sex. They did not choose, and they will not marry the opposite sex, however, they are capable of taking care of their elderly parents and family members as well as any heterosexual person would, as you do not need to bare children to be capable of taking care of the elderly. I ask those who speak against homosexuality and say people choose, and I say to you, at what age, moment and time, did you sit down and make the decision to choose to be heterosexual or homosexual ? I say none of you, so why do you feel those who are homosexual chose while you didn't, as you went with your inner attractions of what was normal for you, so to a gay person, this is natural for them, and you just can't understand it because you are not willing to be open and learn that we all are created different but we all have the same desires of life. Ye without sin, cast the first stone, or sit down and shut up as Jesus spoke.

Really, so you feel God is blessing your homeland with so much corruption by your cleric's, pastors, politicians as they rape the land and the land. If God is blessing you, then why do you have so much poverty, people dying because of the laws and economic's of your leaders, your pastors as they keep you down so you treat them as royalty and rich. You criticize the western world, but look around, they accept all people for who they are, and their talents and contribution to society, and they are the wealth, rich countries totally the opposite of Africa who has laws of punishment or death to those who had no choice in their sexual orientation which they were born with. Come of and kick off your cloak of ignorance and be accepting and prosper as the West has prospered and so many of you own citizens would come here if they could.

Africa is the place that Jesus step foot in anyway . Jesus never went tpo the Western Country or did he? So why are Africans seeing the white skin as superior to theirs. When we die we still look beautiful however see a white corpse and you will run a mile. They turn blue and ugly that you will not like to see it near. Stand up for yourselves Africans and never belittle yourselves just because you lack the how survival knowhow of life. Never accept some aspect of the so called Western culture. Third: yes there's definitely a need to fight such problems as poverty, health and so on. BUT why should the parliament strengthen laws against homosexuality then? It will only take time and cost money that you could use to handle the other real problems like hunger, a home or to improve our health system. End in the end you won't change it anyway. You won't prevent guys like me from being gay. Cause it's part of you. So no law can change it. So why using people's money for somethings that makes no sense? The whole article makes no sense. And to accept us gay guys will not change the importance of families at all. People will still build up families. They will still care des each other when they get old. We gays will even care better for our parents then without being accepted. An unhappy person can never be so helpful and will never have so much energy then a person that is happy.
