Issue one: Ghana is NOT a Christian nation. We are a secular state and so all the Christianizing is a bit off. I have no knowledge of finance but I just see a Prez ticking off campaign promises and not showing us the real value.

That said, we should see the manifest Christianity in every part of government not just in "sermon budgets."
