  Who will manage these sporting facilities? NSA, the respective regions, sports ministry or will a special appointed team of eminent professionals be appointed by the President and sports ministers to make decisions and swerve as caretakers of govt stadiums and sports infrastructure? Look at what has been done with wembly stadium. They list such corporations on the stock exchange and are accountable to shareholders. We will build and renovate but without credible, forward thinking management to plan and oversee to the administrative needs of these structures. They will rot.....again. Muahahahahaaaaaaa
