Understand and uphold university and department guidelines and policies Learn and understand the sport club policies and the constitution of the specific sport being coached Recruit and reach out to perspective students who inquire about participation about that sport. Conduct tryouts and routine in season practices, develop skills and techniques in the sport and develop training programs based on the desired level of competitiveness of the club team. Assist club members to take and fulfill leadership roles within the club as well as on campus. Act as a liaison between the club and the governing organization; opposing teams and coaches as needed. Perform a variety of duties related to the function of the club, the university reserves the right to assign other duties as needed.
