Why do you want to shift from tax management to production management economy and at the same time trying to widen the tax net?We were told that private entrepreneurs will build the 216 new district factory at a time that Valco,Wamco and many heavy industries are closed down.On the contrary,the budget has allocated money for 1 district 1 factory,where is the coherence in this?
I think there's no coherence in the Maiden budget apart from dashing out cash when we really need to reduce expenditure.I'm afraid of austerity in the near future.Thank you.
