We start something today,we want to see the results tomorrow,forgetting it always takes time to get good results.
You can see it from the way our Country is,after sixty years,we still can't get it right,so we are still struggling.
What we need is to change our mindset,and understand that success must be worked for,and understand hard work,honesty and dedication is the key to success.

grant took us for a ride. The Ghanaian is always subservient to the European. A proper national coach must travel in the country with his scouts to shop for prospective talents for the Black Stars and not give flimsy excuses that our players do play abroad. Asamoah Gyan at 30 plus is no longer good for the team when realistically, we are talking about players from even 17 to 25 years. There are excellent players in the 10 regions of the country. Forget about those playing outside Ghana. We can get 11 good players in the country (without passports) to win matches for Ghana.
Let's sack all the Black Star players and concentrate on internal players.
We shall overcome someday.

“How can I do it [stay in Ghana] if the players are playing abroad before I came?" - Those playing abroad were primarily selected from the local and trained by your predecessors. How many did you pick to train?
“I went the extra mile for the national team of Ghana, [more] than I did before for a club. Coaching a national team is not easy. - It's easy for Coaches who are good.
“I didn’t go to Ghana as a tourist, stay in the country and spend a good time. - But you had money to be traveling every two days to enjoy watching big matches.
"I could stay in the country, spend a good time and during the weekend, I go and watch a local league [game]. - "Good Time" THE MAN HAS EXPOSED HIMSELF. So he chose to spend his good time in Europe.
“But when I’m in Europe, I need to fly every two days to see a player. The best and experienced players for the national team are all based abroad." -
To watch them for what? Those trained by Your predecessors, who are all well known. What a shame. THE MAN CAME TO EXPLOIT US.
