I will guarantee this guy will be free in a few weeks.Some official will collect a big envelope and he will be freed. If he is jailed, which should be the case, I will also volunteer to be jailed as well.

Don't deport him first. Sentence him to jail with hard labor. After he serves his sentence then you deport him. If you deport him now he will walk a free man in his country and will do the same thing again .
