I wish we had a few more people like this scholar in Ghana. He has proved the PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD. He put fire under the Mahamma's government to help get rid of incompetence; even risking an attack on his family.

He is right in that a link between the two, those in the diaspora and governments at home will help in developing the country. The trouble is that any money sent home if is not used wisely and free from corruption those in the diaspora will not be interested.May God in his case Allah bless him and preserve him for the nation and Africa.

I am a professional and i can as well come and assist the country to do better but there must be policies in place to ensure our safety.
Systems: what systems are in place today to protect ordinary citizens from abuse of police and military power. Has the court systems improve to deal with ruthless behaviors like Akwasi Agyemang used to beat up innocent citizens. Are civil servants using computers for their daily activities or still documenting in books. Any check and balances in the Judiciary, where corruption can be challenged and corrected with possible punishment. Has drivers have enough education to have proper manners on the road. How has car accidents reduced for the past three years. Has banks institute any measures to capitalize ordinary citizens to create more jobs.
I beg your pardon, what systems are in place to lure Ghanaians abroad to come home, how about health care, where Doctors and Nurses do not follow any proper guidelines to manage and treat the sick. Are mentally retarded people still treated like wild animals and are in chains.
How about churches, do false prophets still kill innocent citizens spiritually. Who want to come there and be killed the following day due to witch craft lol. Although cash is king and Ghanaians have more cash than their brothers abroad, their quality of life needs to be improved.
Think Otabel needs to start by showing Ghanaians how to modify their foods in order to avert eating with their hands, otherwise i am not coming.
