I have seen how pompous many of our young men and women hire by these expatriates behave on the job, and I say to myself are they filling a quota so they can't discipline them ? Most if not all of them can never survive working for a fellow Ghanaian or for that matter an African manager/owner. Because there is no hard evidence CCTV, it's a she said he said case, all we have to do is give the lying girl the benefit of the doubt and give a strong warning to the "manager" not Lebanese manager, and make it public and clear to all managers in the country that such behavior won't be tolerated and they better cameras as witnesses. Do you know what a splash of pepper can cause to the eyes ? There is nothing like accidental as you claim. The action of the Lebanese jihadist is premeditated because it never occurred to him that he was going to land himself into trouble so he decided to assault the poor girl in his position as a supervisor. Mind you, each an every individual is responsible for his own actions. Why didn't he approach the girl in a good manner instead of approaching her furiously ? Manner of approach can lead to nasty situations. If someone approaches you furiously, what do you think will the outcome be ? Bullying seems to be this guy's stock in trade but luck simply eluded him this time around. For fear of losing their job, all the other ghanaian workers are trying to cover the donkey up by providing alibis but it is just too late to do so. Some of their own statements could be used as " circumstantial evidence " . To be honest, the victim's defence counsel can use the refusal of the supervisor to allow the girl to go home for several hours as a " Conclusive evidence ". The girl was even held against her will. What was he afraid of if he claims nothing serious happened ? Gripped with fears that the lady could go to the police station to report the matter, he prevented the lady from leaving the company's premises. If it wasn't a premeditated act, why couldn't he arrange for transportation immediately to the nearest clinic or hospital for her to receive treatment ? I am suggesting to her defence counsel to make an arrangement for the her to be flown to London for a proper treatment at the Moorfields Eye Hospital at Mawarko's cost. Moorfields is famous for eyes treatment globally. As far as I am concerned, this wicked jihadist intended to blind the girl and that is why justice must prevail. One thing I want my fellow countrymen and women to understand is that " JUSTICE FOR EVELYN IS JUSTICE FOR THE PEOPLE ".
