But stupid Christian will go and be waiting for the fake lier called pastor to come and pray for his sickness even if he goes there and they said pastor has gone to the hospital to see a doctor, he is sick. FOOLS. ANIMALS. CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR WHILE THE PASTOR IS PRAYING FOR YOU TO RECOVER QUICKLY.

Pastors have a role to play. They provide counselling and spiritual and social support. But if you sre really depressed, that may not be enough. you need to be treated by a doctor. I agree with Orlando

Attending psychology sessions should be routine like attending classes for any subject. This way students will not be "outed" or feel ashame or bullied for seeing a psychologist.

There is no doubt that all manner of people visit pastors,mallams and jujumen.Those are people who have refused to work hard and use their brain.People are advised to do the right things in life to have a good future.Go to school and study hard,learn a trade and concentrate and listen to what your master says etc.People will not do these simple things and later in life when things become difficult owning to their own folly they start looking for easy way out.That's where these conmen called pastors come in.Go to those churches and see the amount of poverty that pervades there.It's heart shattering. The fact that there are fake dollars doesn't mean we would stop using dollars. I dont deny the fact that it's good to seek medical attention(God in his sovereignty created nature to be discovered by men used as drugs), however there is divine health also. You probably haven't been given up on my doctors and medical health centres such that divine health is your only hope that's why you are probably talking like that....I just pray you don't experience that sooner or later; then you would understand the plight of life without the supernatural.
Have your own thoughts but respect the FAITH of others also. Thanks

Someone is dead, a person indicates the cause as a mental illness, instead of focusing the discussion on education/literacy and communal awareness on how to mitigate such problems, you rain insults. That's just uncouth, I as much sorry.

Counselors are very well equipped to help with most of these mental illnesses not the so called pastors who claim every negative behavior is from the devil. The Ghana Education Service must take school counseling seriously and appoint 'properly trained school counselors' to man school counseling centers. This is the 21st century.
