Appiah, NO WAY. He is not a coach. #1:The dumbest thing in football history. LET ME REST MY BEST PLAYERS SO THAT WHEN THE OPPONENTS ARE TIRED, I WILL USHER IN MY BEST ARSENAL. This is the dumbest thing ever. Sometimes l wonder whether Appiah is sane. A high school coach or PE master will never do this. #2: A coach who weeps in front of the players. Childish. #3: Adomah to Brazil because of personal relationship. #4:Captaincy to Gyan while other senior players present caused the divisions in the camp.#5: Brazil fiasco. #6: Lost control of dressing room.#7: Substituting a forward with a defender (while down in a game - QUITE NONSENSE ).#8: Inability to read games. #9: Slow to learn after shadowing several teams in Europe. #10: Inability to motivate players while on the sidelines (just like Grant).

See above 10 reasons why Appiah is not good. There are other local coaches far better than AA. You may consider Tanko Ibrahim, Desailly, Selas Tetteh or a pair os such coaches. The list may be longer than this.

Any African nation can win a trophy in the hands of a foreign manager but not Ghana. Ghana having a local manager is 99.99% of winning lots of African cup plus world cup. Ghana our style of play is similar to the Brazilians for that reason only the local managers can understand that.
