  You know what ? The first resource that all of us need to manage before we venture into politics or aspire to run a company is OUR INDIVIDUAL SELVES.
  
  Rawlings came in with a revolution. That revolution did not work for him and for us, as a country. Such revolutions will never work anywhere. Actually they are dictatorships and dictatorships do not work. Look at Russia, Venezuela.
  
  The kind of REVOLUTION that will work for mankind is the complete reformation of the PERSONS in a country and in the world. It is the complete OVERHAUL of man to begin thinking and doing things on the basis of "FOR SELF & OTHERS SIMULTANEOUSLY", not for self or for self and friends or for self & family or for self & party.
  
  Until we start from there, any talk about MANAGEMENT is completely misplaced & fundamentally flawed.
  
  The COMMUNIST or SOCIALIST or CAPITALIST slogans will all come to nothing. The NDC claims to be a Socialist group, but then look at the record. The then President built one house for nearly US$40 Million.
  
  IF ONE IS FUNDAMENTALLY CORRUPT IN CHARACTER, IF ONE CANNOT RUN HIS/HER OWN HOME, HOW CAN ANYONE EXPECT SUCH A ONE TO RUN A WHOLE COUNTRY SUCCESSFULLY ?
  
  NO WOUNDER WE GO AROUND SHOOTING OURSELVES IN THE LEGS, REPEATEDLY.
  
  HOW DO U EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO STAND UP, WALK, GO TO WORK, WHEN U INTENTIONALLY KEEP SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE LEGS ?
