Dr zenator the problem is we need to creation more jobs that is the challenge,there are more beautiful and intelligence ladies who have PHD,Professorship,master etc who are ready and capable to handle any headship of both private and public sector of our economy and even do it better, unfortunately most these intelligents are sitting home ,most of these ladies had written numerous applications to more firms yet no hope of employment. Not that Ghanaian modern educated women are afraid to push forward.
