Let's speak to the substantive issue. Derry in particular is bent on clearing his name and we should give him the benefit of doubt. The issue is about improper representation of the CJ and the reason is known. The CJ was to be represented by the AG but the AG was appointed by Pres Mahama so the CJ could not trust her hence the use of a private legal practitioner. In the spirit of the constitution that is wrong but let's see how it pans out. Let's not forget that Whether they are corrupt or not the constitution guarantees their rights.

Righteousness and Justice are the very foundation of the throne of God.

Throughout the scriptures, the God of Israel warned against unfair justice meted out to individuals, often as a result of the involvement of a bribe of any kind.

In particular, God warned the Jewish nation against compromising Justice when it comes to foreigners, and in this respect many nations(particularly,those who pass judgement) are guilty before the HOLY ONE of Israel.

Think of the many individuals who have been imprisoned as a result of miscarriage of justice. The Scriptures itself has numerous examples of such.

The Prophet Jeremiah lamented on such hypocrisies. It is not that Judges are special, and that they are not above reproach.

Rather it is the office itself that is special. Thus, when one is elevated to that position, that individual must live to the test of time. The person must be morally upright not just in the eyes of man, but in the eyes of God.

Every one has to examine his or her conscience when it comes to dealing with one another where sometimes we have compromised,even where bribery has been involved.

If care is not taken, the little little bribes here and there can deny one's salvation.

It is better for our sins to be exposed and face it, like the way King David did(Psalm 51).

Mercy and Truth go before God, and a genuine repentance and surrender to him is a road map to guaranteeing one's salvation.

In the actual sense, some of the humiliation that comes our way helps us to position ourselves, so that the Grace of God carries us through to the end. This Grace of God can be inhibited if we try to be defensive.

We are to be thankful in all things to our creator who sees the heart and able to search our kidneys.

Let us remind and encourage each other not to compromise. Everyday condition your mind that you are going to live for the Lord.

We are to be vigilant,because Satan seeks for someone to devour, by luring him or her into compromising one way or the other.

And let us pray and commit our daily activities and involvements before the Lord, as often as Grace permits us.

Corruption in the JUDICIARY is as Old as ADAM and operates just like its Counterpart, STEALING the Church Collection, right under the Nose of God.

When the one place a person chooses to steal from is in the Arena of Justice or the Church, AND the thief is STUPID ENOUGH TO GET CAUGHT they start EXPOSING how they Hide behind the LAW and the Church to do that which is UNJUST and UNGODLY.

That is what these JUDGES are doing. They are not REMORSEFUL, THEY ARE WASTING THE COURT'S TIME AND WASTING THE PEOPLE'S RESOURCES AND HOPING, ALONG THE WAY, SOMEBODY WOULD GIVE THEM JUSTICE THEY DON'T DESERVE.
