  Kofi, this is the crux of the matter. If the law considers him as an abusive father, why are the children still living with him? Why does the court and the responsible Ministry and Local Authority not take the children to foster care to protect them against further abuse? This simple reason alone should make the judge throw out the case. We are wasting the taxpayer's money!!!
