It's a very good news as it will boost the morale of the troops but the question is, is the operation allowance the exact thing the soldier needs.... Mr. President these operation will come to an end one day.... I will suggest you rather look at the accommodation issues and create an avenue for it to be easy for soldiers to educate themselves in our various institutions with that the soldier will be very useful in peace time like this... Thank you. May you live long and have wisdom to rule this country.

Mr President about 55 soldiers were sent for peace keeping mission in Liberia for one year per the mandate. We left Ghana on the 1st of June 2016 and were told will be rotating somewhere May 31.Mr President UN brought a mandate for redrawal from Liberia and we spent 9 months and we were not paid our one year money and even the nines self was paid per the number of days spent. Mr President please use ur good office to retrieve the rest of our three months money since you have settle all arears for peace keepers of the Ghana Armed Forces. And we arrived in Ghana on 26 February 2017. God bless Nana Addo and the family for thinking about the Ghana Armed Forces. Long live NPP, Long live Ghana.
