  This call is a contradiction in terms; Government cannot be dictating allocation of tasks that are domestic. Is Actionaid suggesting that government dictates how each household runs its affairs? Then state ceases to be democratic. These NGOS have now ran out ideas to justify why their donors should continue to support them. In The UK from where ACTIONAID gets is funding, does the government allocate domestic task for its citizens?
