The story is not entirely true. The girl was examined and details of the examination written in the folder. The doctor only refused to sign the police form. The police form is not part of his work as a doctor. The police only ...

The story is not entirely true. The girl was examined and details of the examination written in the folder. The doctor only refused to sign the police form. The police form is not part of his work as a doctor. The police only need that form as part of evidence. The absence of the form delves no fatal injury to the case as the court can always ask for the folder. The doctor isn't a police and certainly not part of the police investigation machinery. The police shd have paid for it. If the doctor does it for free and is to go to court who pays for his transportation to and from court for all the days he will be testifying and being cross examined? The state shd find money for such things instead of useless anniversary celebrations.

Ghana Police Service,
Then minister for Children and Gender; The Health Service of Ghana and all those who could look at that innocent girl of 13years and make the statement that she should pay Ghc300.00 before she would be treated should bury their heads in the sun.
What type of country is this? The men in Ghana, most of the them are like dogs and when they abuse the girls, they turn around and demand payment for official document to be issued.
Independence has not benefited most Ghanaians.
