  Speed kills.
  A visit to the Tamale teaching hospital makes one sad. Too many accidents, death etc
  More importantly is the way drivers drive between Kamina Barracks in Tamale and the Raincoat warehouse on the Tamale Bolga road.
  IGP put up more police officers here particularly around the Technical university college.
