  Be very careful lest Ghanaians descend on you for speaking the truth.
  
  Half the time, these vehicles are brought in for maintenance when they break down. Common sense and routine maintenance? Oooh no, not part of the normal way of doing business in Ghana.
  
  Try pointing out to a truck driver that his tires are worn out and should not be on the road, and he will call you names that you have never heard before.
  
  It is very frustrating!

  Ghana could be a great country to leave only if the police stop a road side bribery from motorists that could ease the amount of accidents and reckless driving on our road

  @ Zongi boy, u r right. The police should do their work well. They should be checking Maintainance stickers on vehicles, reckless driving, over speeding etc. Any police officer who is caught taking bribe should be arrested.

  Not to worry. Owners of crushed cars should go to Abosey-Okai. Dongomi spare parts and breaks that can never fail are being sold there.
