Those of us passing sweeping comments on the subject matter,have we bothered to ask why Ghs1.56billion?what is it going to be used for?
Why am saying we have expressed gross incompetence is simple how many of us have botthred to read the 93 page budget?And who reads a financial ststement in modern world without reading attached notes that gives detailed explanation to summarised event in the statement?
Again those making noise in Parliament the minister for Zongo developement,Snr Minister,Monitoring and evaluation,Hon Dan Botwe ministry,Business developement,the special projects like one district one dam etc Are they not all under the Presidency?
Any body interested in critical analysis should just go to the budget and detailly find out the projection for these from services in the Presidency strip the figures allocated to this innovations bare and see the actuals for the Presidency itself and come back to tell us what he saw.
Above all NPP is not running on NDC budget and vision it did not favor Ghanains that was why it was thrown away with the policy makers on 7/12/16.
Whenwe come on international platform let us be circumspect and not garrulous,let us be analytic and not credulous then of course we can tell our colleagues we are not a scar on the conscience of the world.
But if a law maker does not understand and cant analyse what has been put before him for approval and relying on propaganda and relating events to issues he cant even define whilst pretending scholarship then my question is,is it the speaking of big english that matters or inability to speak big english yet innovative and pragmatic enough to get things done that matters?
I now understand fully why the white man says if you want to hide something from the black man simply put it in a book !After all he will not bother himself to read.

If you politicians can embezzle billions of cedis from state coffers to buy range rovers for prostitutes, why can't poor school girls be given pampers freely, during their menstrual cycle. Most of them are not able to attend classes because of pampers which their poor parents cannot afford. Ayisi Boateng must be ashamed of himself for playing " PAMPERS POLITICS ." At least, NPP admin had disclosed the budgetary allocation to the Presidency, (transparency). NDC would have kept Ghanaians in the dark (secrecy),and even dip their dirty hands in a secrete account.
