WHO IS STEALING FROM GHANAIANS
According to a story attributed to the NDC MP for Asunafo South district, the NPP plagiarized the NDC’s 2016 budget. In his statement " Paragraph 273 of the 2017 budget says principally that the government has allocated GH¢2.04 million for the procurement of five million improved coffee planting seedlings for free distribution to coffee farmers while in the 2016 budget, paragraph 405 also talked about government allocating GH¢2.0 million for the procurement of two million improved coffee planting seedlings for free distribution to coffee farmers."
Now divide NPP's GHC2.04 Million by 5 million seedlings and the answer is GHC 0.40 per coffee seedling. Then divide NDC's GHC 2,0 Million by 2 Million seedlings and the answer is GHC 1.00 per coffee seedling. Now the question is, Who is stealing from who. I don't really know the university that trained these NDC guys. Universities in Ghana are indeed useless.

I'm always saddened as an NPP member anytime I read appointments to lawyers and it surprises me where we think we can go with our devt with the many lawyers and the majority from humanities. We need equal if not more appointments to science, medical, technology, and vocational professionals. Interestingly, in GH the only criteria for appointments is just how vocal someone is on our cheap radio nothing else. Also ashamed some lazy Professors have joined the bandwagon instead of writing for grants to do research and publishing their works to speed up GH devt

And policies are derivatives of laws. Therefore, most lawyers can perfectly fit in certain institutions due to their understanding of policies. In the USA, most federal agencies such as the FAA, FTC, FCC, etc., etc., are always filled with lawyers because of their understanding of law and policies that are usually used to manage government agencies. John Owusu Afriyie is a typical male Ghanaian politician of the very worst kind.

He is unprincipled; casual with the truth; extremely partisan; a philanderer and a blockhead incapable of subsuming the pursuit of party advantage in the national interest when needed.

Honourable Kokofu would have been far better in this position. The president has let environmentalists in Ghana down terribly. He must reconsider - and bring back Hon. Kokofu asap.

Something that that provincial and narrow-minded John Owusu Afriyie is incapable of doing.

He will be a complete disaster - and it hurts to think that this buffoon is being asked to fill a position once occupied by the selfless and brilliant Dr Osei Asibey: who was a world-class forestry professional.
