  Instead of just conferring a useless medal on him, you should have appointed him as Black Stars coach since you knew he was so good. But blackman who never believes in his own people means that we appoint useless foreigners as coaches and pay them huge amount of money and they won NOTHING for us. Arday won Olympic medal in Barcelona and other championships but you never appointed him or Ghanaians like him as Black star coach. Shame on you.
