    NO PROJECT CAN BE STARTED AND TRAVEL TO CONTRACT SIGNING IN 14 DAYS. TENDER MUST BE ADVERTISED FOR 42 DAYS BEFORE OPENING AND EVALUATION. THE REPORT IS THEN SENT TO TENDER COMMITTEE TO ALPPROVE.
