What is the rational behind this initiative? If the Police Administration want to engage in Barbers, it is simply better to recruit men and women with such backgrounds as done by the Military/Police in the western world.
Don't say what u don't know. No country in the western world recruits barbers in their security service. At least i know the US, Korea, and the UK doesn't .
One should go and find out the background of those barbers and tell me if they are all not akans

The police in no way should be accepting free haircuts. This is tantamount to bribery. Wouldn't the barbers giving this free haircuts expect to receive favors from those who are the beneficiaries of their free services?
