Ayikoi otoo has always been Ayikoi otoo. While he was saving your dumb asses in court he was not dumb, now he is dumb. Your sense of objective analytics is as dark as your peach black motives.
I see a problem between Akuffo Addo and Nii Otoo and it has to do with one getting swapped for the others job during K4s time and I can tell one has not taken that easily since then.

My prayer is that this large # of ministers will actually translate to the speed they get tasks efficiently completed. Assignments should be manageable for each one of them. Each person should become nimble on his/her feet and run to get things done within d 4 years. I am inclined to think this is the goal.

If the party can do that, the large number of appointments will be meaningful.

When highly intelligent and respected people start finding difficulties in explaining in a sensible manner acts of government, then you get the feeling that all is not well. Is Mr Otoo telling us that, had the NPP won 200 seats, the number of ministers would have been even higher, or, conversely, had they won about 145, then maybe the number would have been lower? Clearly the new government is creating "Thank You" positions for its supporters and financiers. All these appointees will have to be paid - and same goes for their staff, lovers and party foot soldiers. Ghana is the only looser

The task ahead is daunting. You need more helping hands. Who said because those after did not see the need for more ministers he too should appoint few. He has created more ministries. He has a vision to industrialise, he has no special assitants. Did Mahama have a railways ministry? Did he have sanitation. Did Mahama have the vision to create factories throughout the country? Compare apples with Apples not with bananas, says the monkey.
We should only criticise if he does not show anything for the size of his government.

You satisfy the people by
1. achieving results as captured in your manifesto and
2. addressing unanticipated problems or challenges satisfactorily that you are confronted in the course of your administration.
There is absolutely no conceivable and appropriate reason for such a huge administrative portfolio or set-up and it must be reviewed immediately and trimmed.
Ghana is not ready and going to support such a huge set-up. It must and should be trimmed immediately.
