  Goc headquarters must be moved to northern region. A new goc office and multi purpose stadium, including swimming pools must be build over there. We need the past presidents and important statesmen and women,.wealthy persons and corporate Gh to meet over this project..how much money can they offer for this project? Goc should also organize black tie events $500 a plate dinner,.comedy and dance to.fundraise for this project. We can't have every headquarters in accurate. Western nations don't even do this...
