Marijuana, wee, Indian hemp, cannabis or weed is classified as a class C drug. In the advanced democracies, even possession alone does not result in custodial sentence, yet in poor Africa where prison space is constrained, we keep sentencing people who commit this 'juvenile' crime to prison thus putting pressure on an already precarious institution. We allow more hardened criminals who had raped the country of its scarce resources to be free and enjoying their loot; only to find pleasure in criminalising actions that are by no means crimes. Banana republic with outdated laws and judges who are stuck in the past.

You people and some pastors read the Bible but never understand and don't give respect for what God said. Subdued my creations because all are nice and good for the services of mankind. So Ghana respect your Creator if not one day you're going to give an answer to the Creator why you act so . it is a biggest shame so far. Ghana why are you disturbing the poor people ? You didn't help them to get job that's why they are on this job just to get daily bread for their families and you're disturbing them and jailed them for doing nothing wrong. You're killing them indirect. Selling cannabis is far better than the thief or stealing or sika aduro. Respect the pushers because marijuana was exist before you were born. Only God knows why He our Greatest Father God made it not by human being so please give respect to your Creator. A word to a wise is enough. May God saves Ghana.
