A developing country like south africa with a population over 60 million does not even have 70 ministers. How can a small country like ghana will have 110 ministers?

Only 7 publications (according to Research Gate) is very poor use of your time. My brother who has a masters degree has 16 publications in high impact journals. I can list them but for your info 2 of his papers had impact factors 45.3 and 42.3
