You better start paying money back. Ghanaians are not stupid anymore. You steal a goat and get 2 years jail. You cannot steal thousands and expect to get away with it.

  It is very important as a nation to stop PHD syndrome,that seems to have. Griped our fear country men.When did this so called looting take place?In which year did it take place?Why is it that all of a sudden there's anew government in place and the goons start bringing these trying things out?Does the public know that such lies were told against a personality at this same government institute and a man took his life,because his name was disreputed,by this same character at the centre of this halu balu.This same Assan let a recent man take his life and deprived his family.
