If you are interested in knowing, black ink is now the acceptable ink worldwide for writing. As it is clearer on white paper and more legible when copied electronically by photocopiers, fax machines, tills, PDQ card readers etc. So those ignoramus at the helm of affairs in Ghana should better reconsider their stupid decision to ban black pens.
