That pro vice chancellor has what l call the Reasoning Deficiency Syndrome (RDS). If indeed he has been a career educationist and never did anything to fix the poorly equipped labs for all these years as vocal as he seems to be, then l suggest that he doesn't need to be where he is now. It would've made sense if he'd made a reference in hindsight and insisted on what he'd said before.That would've made his statement worthwhile. What quality of education is this provost talking about ? I mean what has he done or contributed towards fixing the problem of the failing schools all over Ghana?and the falling educational standards.? The recently published studies that placed Ghanaians in the distant fifth position behind countries like Kenya, Botswana, South Africa etc in terms of our oratory standards in the English language came about as a result of the free SSH program right? Let me ask this book long provost what did he do to avert this humiliation that has engulfed our educational standards?
