  I am able to cite two examples where failure to enforce the law has led to chaos.
  The first is land ownership and the second is Chieftency.
  
  Far too often Ghanaians do not want to respect the law relating to land acquisition.
  This has made it possible for criminals to sell the same land twice to different people using fake documents with the collusion of corrupt officials at the Lands Department. The consequence is often innocent victims desperate for home ownership building houses without permits and sometimes over watercourses causing flooding whenever it rains. Sometimes such home owners do not even pay official property rates with loss of revenue to the state. The legitimate owners then have to go through lengthy court proceedings sometimes taking up to 10 years to reclaim their land.
  
  The recent tragedies over Chieftency disputes at Bimbila and Kintampo should never have been allowed to happen in any law-abiding society.
  
  Local Kingmakers who try to follow the traditional rules are often sidelined by influential and corrupt individuals sometimes with political affiliations who often have their own cynical agenda. Obviously when the rightful Royals are bypassed they are not going to sit down without a fight. The whole country witnessed how orderly the Ashanti Chieftency system has been established when the Queen-mother died. That was because the traditional laws and rules were followed just as they were when the present Asantehene was installed. This brings peace and dignity to the institution of Chieftency.

  Like thr NPP infested Prof Martey said before the 2016 elections that Ghana needed a govenment of sensible officials to solve our economic pronlems, Akuffo Addo and his NPP are now in full control. Now Ghansians are enjoying reduced prices on fuel, utility services, Gjsnaians are now easily getting mo ey in tgeir pockets snd ejat have you. Now Ghanaians have gotten a government with the biggest number of ministers for the first time in the history of Ghana. Ghana has also made a history because no government all over the world has such an elephant size ministers, not even China,India,Japan,USA, Germany,Britain and whatnot. Prof Martey has really gotten his dream come true. Lol!
