  My pain is that it is only the pepefuo (northerners) in the NPP who support every foolish policy and thus, misbehaving. Check on those causing the mayhem all over the country and you will find out that it is we the pepefuo. Check the NPP Agbogbloshie tugs and it is the Dagomba boys who are in the forefront. Check the Invincible forces and you will see the pepefuo in the majority and at the forefront. Now when all well-meaning Ghanaians are righly criticizing what we all know to be wrong and laughably absurd, we have a pepeni so-called lecturer coming out to insult others. It appears that it is we the pepefou who have been programmed to do all the dirty work, and yet all the goodies and lucrative appointments and placements are reserved for the others. Shame on all the pepefou supporters of the NPP for being such idiots to be used as attack dogs.

  There is no cost. The MPS who are made ministers are not going to get double pay because they are paid in parliament and Nana has made about 80% of the his ministers are mps so what is the matter? The mps are still going to receive their mp pay so what do you mean by cost? It's only about the 20 % or less who are going to be paid so the noise making is useless. Ghanaians need to be taught the work of governance and know the constitution gives the president the power to appoint but didn't say the number but gave the % from the Parliament because parliamentarians are paid already so do not need any extra pay for a ministerial position. Ghanaians talk too much but I don't blame you there are no jobs so everybody is doing politics to survive. Nobody has time for politicians in the civil world because there are so many things to be done they only think of good policies not how many people are going to help to get things done. This Franklin Codjoe I don't know who made him a supervisor in Ghana.

It is equally as saying that "we use a sledge hammer to kill just because of the annoying antics of the fly. How ever messy the economy is, it does not make economic sense to employ a larger number of resources to tackle a degrading situation. We use common sense to solve issues not strength.

  They are gradually destroying Ghana.The next government has every justification to employ 130 minister s.Instead of cutting down on mps and minister s and effectively using civil servants at the ministeries and departments they have opted to employ their people.Most with no experience in the field they have been employed,Ghana is doomed.There will not be much difference between mahama gov. and akuffo addo gov. With this it has given the next gov. the legal room to employ more people.I want a civil society to do a research on the number of civil servants and the number of article 71 holders and see how much they consume each year in terms of remuneration and all the pegs.

  If Ghana has to work we need strong functional regional entities an stop everything Accra mentality. There is no performance at the district , metropolitan and regional level. In most countries with storng democracies the regions, states have strong functioning arms so less central government involvement. To tar a road we need Accra, to get a passport Accra etc. Prices of goods cheaper in urban areas than rural areas. Civil services is also ineffective due to politicisation by all governments . Directors are just lame ducks. We increased MPs , too many Boards, now ministers but still Ghana struggling. First reduce MPs, number of boards and members , Deputy Regional Ministers and deputy ministers and start empowering districts and metropolitans. We need inclusicve development in Ghana.

  For the first time in the history of the world, a country called Ghana has hit the guineas book by been the first to have appointed the biggest number of ministers into governance. Even countries that promote democracy do not come any where closer to thst elephant numbers. Eiii is that what and his people have come to do to mother Ghana? In Ghana today importation and exportation of goods that suppose to be balanced cant be achieved. Akuffo and his Akyem Mafia told us immediately power was handed over to them that the economy was in a very bad shape and yet they devided to use fantastic number of ministers to govern us. They were able to conjure a whopping sum of 200billion cedis to celebrate the 6th march Independence day. With this huge number of ministers in a country of about 30million people, is so laughable that Gjana has become a laughing stock. I dont think the IMF will endorse such a funny idea!
